the redesign for vanuatu’s currency was made with the intent to simply the current visuals on their bank notes, while also still keeping pride in the country’s culture. each bank note has similar symbols, paying homage to the current bank notes. the bills consists of specific tropical fish or flower native to the country.

while they have similarities, they all differ in their own way. vanuatu’s currency redesign also includes several security features including: the country's seal, the security font in use next to the seal, and a transparency strip.
